Your Data, Your Rights

Privacy Policy – How Gamble Protects Your Data

We are straightforward about what data we collect, why we collect it and how it is used. This Privacy Policy applies to every player registered on Gamble and covers your account, payment and usage data in full.

Our Commitment to Your Privacy

Six things Gamble does consistently to keep your personal information safe and handled responsibly.

Data Encryption at Every Step
All data transmitted between your device and Gamble servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS. This covers login sessions, payment details, personal information updates and any other communication between you and the platform.
We Do Not Sell Your Data
Your personal information is never sold, rented or traded to any third party for their own commercial purposes. The only external parties who receive any of your data are those directly involved in operating your account — payment processors, identity verifiers and platform infrastructure providers.
PKR Payment Data Kept Separate
Payment information for JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and card transactions is handled by our payment partners under their own security standards. Gamble does not store full card numbers or mobile wallet PINs on our own servers.
You Control Your Preferences
You can update your communication preferences from your account settings at any time. If you no longer want to receive promotional emails or platform notifications, you can opt out without needing to contact support — it is handled directly from your account dashboard.
Right to Access Your Data
Any registered player can request a copy of the personal data Gamble holds about them. We will provide this in a readable format within a reasonable timeframe. Contact our support team to make a data access request and we will process it promptly.
Account Deletion on Request
If you want your account and associated personal data removed from our systems, you can request deletion through the support team. Some data may be retained for a limited period for legal and financial record-keeping purposes, but your account will be closed and your information will not be used for any ongoing purpose.
01 Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Gamble (referred to as "we", "us" or "the platform") collects, stores, uses and protects the personal information of players who register and use the Gamble platform at gamble.gd. It applies to all services provided through the website and the Gamble mobile app.

When you create a Gamble account, you provide us with personal information. This policy tells you exactly what that information is, what we do with it, who else might access it in the course of running the platform, and what rights you have over it. We have written this in plain language because we want you to actually understand it — not just scroll past it.

By registering an account or continuing to use Gamble, you confirm that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If anything here is unclear, contact our support team before registering and we will explain it to you directly.

This Privacy Policy should be read alongside the Terms and Conditions. Together, these two documents cover the full agreement between you and Gamble.

02 Data We Collect

The data we collect falls into three main categories: information you provide to us directly, information generated by your use of the platform, and information collected automatically by our systems.

Category Specific Data Points When Collected
Identity Data Full name, date of birth, CNIC number, nationality Registration and verification
Contact Data Email address, Pakistani mobile number Registration
Account Data Username, account preferences, login history, session timestamps Ongoing platform use
Financial Data Deposit and withdrawal records, transaction amounts in PKR, payment method type Deposit and withdrawal activity
Gaming Data Game history, bet amounts, session duration, win and loss records Gameplay activity
Device Data Device type, operating system, browser version, IP address Each platform session
Communications Support chat transcripts, email exchanges, any feedback submitted When you contact support

We do not collect data that is unnecessary for operating your account or complying with our obligations. We do not store full card numbers, mobile wallet PINs or any payment credential beyond what is needed to identify the payment method type for withdrawal routing.

03 How We Collect Your Data

Gamble collects your data through the following channels:

  • Direct input: Information you enter yourself during registration, identity verification, deposit and withdrawal requests, and support interactions.
  • Platform activity: Data generated automatically when you browse the site, launch games, place bets, claim bonuses or adjust account settings.
  • Payment partners: When you transact via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or Bank Transfer, our payment processors share transaction confirmation details with us so we can credit or debit your balance correctly.
  • Device and browser: Standard technical data like your IP address, browser type and device identifiers are collected automatically each session for security and fraud detection purposes.
  • Cookies and tracking: First-party cookies are used to maintain your session and remember preferences. See Section 7 for full details on how cookies are used on Gamble.

We do not purchase data lists or collect data from social media platforms. All data we hold about you comes from your direct interaction with Gamble or from the technical operation of your account.

04 How We Use Your Data

Every piece of data we collect has a specific purpose. We do not hold data "just in case" — it is either actively used to run your account or retained for a defined legal or security reason. Here is how your data is used in practice:

  • Account operation: Your identity and contact data are used to create and manage your Gamble account, authenticate your logins and allow you to update your profile.
  • Payment processing: Financial data is used to process your deposits and withdrawals in PKR, verify that payments match your registered payment methods and investigate any transaction discrepancies.
  • Identity verification: CNIC and related documents are used to verify that you are who you say you are, that you meet the minimum age requirement and to comply with anti-money laundering checks where applicable.
  • Fraud prevention and security: Device data, IP addresses and login patterns are monitored to detect suspicious activity, protect your account from unauthorised access and identify platform abuse.
  • Responsible gaming: Gaming activity data — session length, bet frequency, deposit patterns — is used to identify potential problem gaming behaviour and to action any responsible gaming tools you have set up.
  • Customer support: Communication data is used to resolve your queries and maintain a record of your interactions with our support team.
  • Marketing communications: If you have opted in, your contact data is used to send you information about promotions, bonuses, PSL-related offers, new game announcements and platform updates. You can opt out at any time.
  • Platform improvement: Aggregated, anonymised usage data is analysed to understand how players use the platform and to improve the experience for everyone.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects without human review. Account suspensions flagged by automated systems are reviewed by our team before any irreversible action is taken.

05 Sharing Your Data

Gamble does not sell your personal data. We share it only in the limited circumstances described below, and only to the extent necessary for the specific purpose:

  • Payment processors: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, banks and card processors receive the transaction data required to process your deposits and withdrawals. They operate under their own privacy and security standards.
  • Identity verification providers: Where required, identity documents may be shared with third-party KYC (Know Your Customer) verification services to confirm your identity and age.
  • Game providers: Your username and gaming activity may be visible to game providers such as Evolution, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft and others whose games you play. This is necessary for game delivery and dispute resolution.
  • Infrastructure and hosting providers: The technical services that power the Gamble platform have access to server-level data to maintain uptime and performance. These providers are bound by data processing agreements.
  • Legal obligations: If we are required by applicable law or a valid legal process to disclose your data, we will do so. Where legally permitted, we will notify you before complying.

No third party receives your data for their own marketing purposes. Any partner with access to your data is contractually restricted from using it for anything beyond the specific service they provide to Gamble.

06 Payment Data

Gamble takes payment data security seriously. All transactions on the platform are denominated in PKR. The payment methods supported — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets — each handle their own transaction authentication.

When you initiate a deposit or withdrawal, Gamble receives a transaction confirmation reference from the payment provider. We record the payment method type (e.g. JazzCash mobile wallet), the transaction amount in PKR, the date and time, and the outcome. We do not store raw card numbers, CVV codes, mobile wallet PINs or full bank account numbers on our own servers.

All withdrawals must go to a payment method registered in your own name. This is a security measure to prevent unauthorised fund transfers and is strictly enforced regardless of the withdrawal amount.

If a payment transaction appears in your account history with an amount or status that you do not recognise, contact the Gamble support team immediately. Do not initiate a chargeback before speaking to us — most discrepancies are resolved quickly and a chargeback creates complications for both sides that take significantly longer to resolve.

07 Cookies

Gamble uses cookies and similar browser storage technologies to provide a functional and secure experience on the platform. A cookie is a small file stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. Here is a breakdown of the cookies used on Gamble:

  • Session cookies: These keep you logged in during your visit. They expire when you close your browser tab. Without these, you would be logged out every time you navigate between pages.
  • Preference cookies: These remember settings like your preferred language, lobby view and notification preferences so you do not have to reconfigure them on every visit.
  • Security cookies: These are used to detect and prevent fraudulent sessions. They help us identify whether a login is coming from a device that has been seen on your account before.
  • Analytics cookies: Anonymised data about how players navigate the site is collected to help us understand which features are used most and where players encounter issues. This data does not identify you personally.

Gamble does not use third-party advertising cookies or allow ad networks to place cookies on your device through our platform. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Note that disabling session or security cookies will affect platform functionality and may prevent you from logging in.

08 Data Retention

Gamble retains your personal data for as long as your account is active and for a defined period after account closure. The specific retention periods are:

  • Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of your account and for five years following account closure. This is primarily to comply with financial record-keeping requirements.
  • Transaction records: Deposit and withdrawal history is retained for five years from the date of the transaction.
  • Gaming activity logs: Bet history and game session records are retained for two years from the date of activity.
  • Support communications: Chat transcripts and email records are retained for two years from the last interaction.
  • Marketing preferences: Opt-in and opt-out records are retained for as long as they are relevant to your account status.

After the applicable retention period ends, your data is deleted from active systems. Anonymised, aggregated data derived from your activity — which cannot be linked back to you — may be retained indefinitely for platform analytics.

09 Security

Protecting your account and personal data is a core responsibility we take seriously. The security measures in place on Gamble include:

  • TLS encryption for all data in transit between your device and our servers.
  • Encrypted storage for sensitive account data including passwords, which are hashed and never stored in plain text.
  • Automated session monitoring to detect unusual login patterns or activity that falls outside your normal behaviour on the platform.
  • Two-factor authentication options available for account login to add an extra layer of protection beyond your password.
  • Regular internal security reviews and access controls limiting which staff members can access player account data and under what circumstances.

Despite these measures, no online platform can guarantee absolute security against all possible threats. You play an important role in keeping your account secure by using a strong, unique password, not sharing your credentials with anyone, and logging out from shared devices after your session.

Gamble will never contact you by email, SMS or chat to ask for your password. If you receive any communication claiming to be from Gamble that asks for your password or payment credentials, do not respond and report it to our support team immediately.

10 Your Rights

As a registered player on Gamble, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact our support team with your request:

  • Right to access: Request a copy of all personal data Gamble holds about you. We will provide this in a readable format, typically within 30 days of the request.
  • Right to correction: If any data we hold about you is inaccurate or out of date, you can request that it be corrected. Some changes (such as name corrections) may require supporting documentation.
  • Right to deletion: You can request that your account and personal data be deleted. Note that some data must be retained for the periods described in Section 8 for legal reasons, but your account will be closed and data will not be used for active purposes.
  • Right to restrict processing: In certain circumstances, you can ask us to limit how we use your data while a query or dispute is being resolved.
  • Right to opt out of marketing: You can withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Opting out of marketing does not affect service communications about your account.
  • Right to data portability: You can request that your data be provided in a structured, machine-readable format if you wish to transfer it elsewhere.

All data rights requests are processed at no charge. We aim to respond within 30 days. If a request is complex or involves a large volume of data, we will inform you if additional time is needed.

11 Minors

Gamble is strictly an adult platform for players aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. Age verification is carried out during registration and again when identity documents are submitted for account verification.

If we discover at any point that an account belongs to a person under 18 — through verification checks, a report from a third party, or any other means — that account will be closed immediately. Any personal data associated with the underage account will be deleted in line with our data retention policy. Any balance held on the account will be forfeited.

If you believe a person under 18 in your household has registered on Gamble, contact our support team immediately. We will investigate and act promptly. We also recommend using device-level parental controls to restrict access to gaming platforms for minors in your home.

12 Policy Changes

Gamble may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email and through an in-platform notification. The updated policy will be published on this page with a revised effective date shown at the top.

Your continued use of the Gamble platform after notification of a Privacy Policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised version. If you disagree with any change, you have the right to close your account and request deletion of your data before the revised policy takes effect. Contact support for assistance with this process.

Minor updates — such as clarifications to existing language that do not change the substance of how your data is handled — may be made without direct notification. We recommend bookmarking this page and checking it periodically.
